That begins the Preamble to the National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics, written in 1913. It continues:
“The term REALTOR® has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. No inducement of profit and no instruction from clients ever can justify departure from this ideal.”
Land ownership is a noble, lasting, wealth insulating acquisition. It is therefore my professional joy and my obligation to represent the best interests of my clients in the successful acquisition or sale of land and the improvements upon it. It is a remarkable industry that impacts people’s lives even unto generations. This is why I sell real estate.
